Braids- it’s much easier than you think! Ever wanted to learn how to do the looks you see in magazines and Instagram? By the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to do red-carpet worthy hair on yourself any day of the week. Experienced braiding teacher Theresa (from Braidiance.com) will guide you through the basics: from the super-easy plait all the way up to braids you’ve seen on Pinterest and YouTube — and never thought you’d be able to do yourself.
Theresa will use her lovely model to showcase all the intricacies you’ll need to master different techniques. Then you’ll get a chance to practice on one another to lock that muscle memory into your fingers.

I like this place and their terrarium workshop was really fun. Giving it 3 stars because one of my plants didn't do too well and all I've done is the info I was given at the workshop :'(
Came here to do the "OOOOBYVERSITY: SMALL SPACE ORGANIC GARDENING" course. An unprofessional and underwhelming experience. Presenter spent half the time apologising for out of date slides and trying to be funny. Would have been better off saving the $65 and staying at home to watch YouTube tutorials.
Welding for beginners was truly a great experience as Phil, our teacher, was passionate and capable. He did not look at the time and he gave us 40 minutes of extra time.
One of my favourite places to go in all of Sydney. There is always an interesting class on with something unique to learn.
Went to the 'Sketchy Faces" class last week - was really excited about learning some techniques because i just cant seem to get faces right! (they look like smiley faces) The only thing I had learned was how to line up the face, eyes, mouth etc - which is something i have googled in the past. Would not recommend - the lady was nice, but i didn't feel like i learnt anything. I could have stayed home and done the exact same thing. At one point, she even said, so what do you want to do? no structure whatsoever.
Came here for Burgers & Beats opening night. Was really busy and it had a good vibe... it seems like a cool place to come and learn stuff. One minor gripe, which would probably not happen regularly, but during the event, because of the amount of people in there... it was hot and uncomfortable even though it was a cool evening outside. I understand that it's an old building, but it needs ventilation. Other than that, cool kinda warehouse, factory-space conversion. Old school cool.
