Silky Shapes is lovely studio, great location, peaceful and calming atmosphere. It’s a good place & therapy for learning pottery & calming ourself down from a busy works/day. I’m attending their class nearly a year, have lots of fun, thoroughly enjoyable experience with very patient, friendly and attentive teachers!

Ive been going to the studio for about 6 months now and I love it! Its my favourite part of the week. The beginners classes are well structured and provide the basics for throwing pots, plates and vases. Yeganna knows so much about pottery - it always good to talk through a project with her. Highly recommended.

It was so much fun doing pottery as a beginner. The instructor was super nice and patient with each of her students. She will assist you individually in wheel throwing, trimming, glazing and answer all the questions you may have about pottery. Definitely worth the money and time at that studio. ❤️

It has been an absolutely amazing time learning pottery here. Yegana is a really good teacher, and the environment is one where you can work at your own pace. Fellow "potters" are friendly and it's an easygoing, down to earth feel. Very good for creative endeavors! I started with the beginner classes making little bowls and progressed from there.

I have been going to the studio for over a year starting as a new beginner. Its amazing to see how much I have improved since, all due to great teaching techniques that has been used by master potters there. One of the best things that attracts me there all the time is the friendly environment that Yegana has created there, specially the freedom you feel in creating your own work. She is knowledgable, polite, kind, friendly and most importantly very generous with time and material. Its an experience that is worth millions of dollars or better said, priceless. I certainly recommend people from every age to go to this lovely place and make an unforgettable memory and I will asure you, as soon as you go in you are hooked forever.

I started the classes 3 months ago. Yegana Is a great teacher who helps and guides each person who comes into to the studio. It has a great atmosphere with cool people to meet. If you have ever thought about giving it a go, do it! So much fun!
